OK so ive not bothered washing her because i simply cannot be bothered,
since i don't need a car to get to college, and im going uni in september so i wont need a car at all, i decieded to buy something hideously impractical....just for the giggles!
but shes coming along nicely from the state she was in when i bought her. (she was almost standard with the F7R engine)

Spec is as follows

Shell:
Clio 1.8 valver
130k (and its begining to show!)
449 Blue

Mods ;)
Exterior:
Carbon Fibre Bonnet
black centrecaps (the whole wheel will be going black when the weather perks up, dont think theyre staying like that!!)
TRS Towstrap
Rear de-wipered
fogs removed to make way for brake ducts
Cut down front plate
smoked side repeators
sunstrip (because ive got no sunvisors!!)

Interior:
Fully stripped bar dashboard (inc carpet and headlining)
Tar removed
Carbon fibre door cards
Half Roll-cage
Interior Loom reduced (rear speaker, bootlight, etc removed)
Bucket Seats
OMP 3" 4point harnesses
Metal Monkey Dials
Shift light
Lightweight battery relocated to passnegerside rear footwell

chassis mods:
Eibach 60mm Lowering springs
Spax Front and rear adjustable shocks
Eibatch Camber adjustment bolts (1degree 30minutes -ve camber)
Powerflex pollybush wishbone bushes
OMP upper strutbrace
BF goodrich braided brakelines
285mm brake upgrade with brembe drilled discs
Yokohoma paradespec 2 tyres all round

Engine:
F7R williams 3 engine
Lightened and balanced flywheel
ITG pannel filter
Mongoose catback exhaust system
Decat pipe
Silicon waterhoses
new upper and lower rad hoses (not silicon)
Magnacore uprated HT leads
Vibratechnics upper engine mount
Powerflex pollybush dogbone mount
custom made front gearbox mount

also since buying the car in september ive replaced the standard OEM parts

Wheel bearings
Driveshaft
Clutch
Rockercover gasket
Ball jounts
Trackrod Ends
all pads
suspension top mounts

I have a Rolling Road printout for the engine reading 156.6BHP, a long time ago!
so im hoping for aprox 150 with the mods + a good service when she goes back on the rolling road in March.

i THINK thats about it, sorry to go on!

I too was tempted, but a friend of mine has a very similar blue mk1 on white wheels,
So in the interests of keeping things different, I'm going for black! And the cage is going black to match the wheels!

I might give her a clean over the next few days and post a few more pics up!

Oh and to add to my list, I want the bonnet wrapped in black vinyl!

Just as I've almost made my mind up about everything, people throw options at me and make me think :(

Wheels are already silverish bt were flaking to shite so I wanted to furb them a new colour that looked abit more track orientated!
Where would I even begin to look for paint with a nice "flake" to it??

And silver cage would look like a show cage!! I'm keeping things black and blue inside with a white floor!!

A lot of silver's have a really nice flake to the paint, Renault's Titanium, Ford's Moondust... and all sorts of other stuff.

I think you'd be mental to do those wheel black tbh. They'd need to be really glossy, but IMO, they're a lot of wheel face to be black, multi spokes tend to look better darker colours.

Hmm a good point about being too dark,
When I'm next on my computer ill put some photshops up someone so kindly did me!

so if I didn't want to go as standard as silver,
And white was out of the question,

Then what would you suggest?? Lol
