Basically the misses took a contract out a few months ago and got a samsung pixon, shes currently on the third handset as they keep becoming faulty, are we with in our rights to request a different make/model? what do i say that may persuade the operator? takes the piss really 18 month contract and after 3 months were on the 3rd soon to be 4th handset. Reconditioned i might add, not new!
