This wasn't idle vandalism. It was just plain old theft.

They just unclipped the wiper blade. The wiper arm is still there and works fine. They must have just decided they couldn't be arsed going to Halfrauds round the corner and spending £6 on their own blade when they needed a new one. Why pay £6 when that guy there can pay £6 for you and you get it for free? It works for their house, council tax, tv, food, beer money etc etc
