solid top mount help please

lots of differnt solid top mounts out there, i have seen these and just wondered peoples oppinions as im looking for some,

K-tec solid top mounts are fantastic.

Stay well clear of the Compbrake ones.

I hear nothing but good things about AST's but i've never tried them myself.

If you can afford, it would be this order -

Mark fish
AST
Ktec
Would bother with compbrake, just set fire to your money, imo

I've had 2 sets of compbrakes and they both fell to pieces. Literally.

I've got AST's now but not yet fitted them.

Well i def cant afford the mark fish 1s lol ast possibly just but the ktec 1s are down to 150 atm so think its going to be those , dont suppose any1 has some ktec 1s for straight sale do they?? Cheers

ast ones, they are camber and caster adjustable.

Are these slightly on the firm side?
I'm considering a set of these at the moment to sort my geometry as there's too much play in the standard top mounts!
But I don't want a back breaking ride!

don't worry about the ride, I felt no difference at all, just the steering felt a bit more precise. mind you, I'm also on the powerflex suspension bushings. So no worries, probably will be one of the best upgrades to your suspension

I have had the ast's on my cup for a while now and although its a bit firmer the car is a lot more direct esp on track

I have just fitted My AST ones and all I can say is WOW! what a difference in the steering! feels attached to the car now instead of very vague.
