Several dash lights on my clio have failed, dash conversion gone wrong

  2005 Clio Dynamique
The previous owner of my car decided to change the colour of the lights in the dash board to white. Must admit, it does look smart but there are a few problems! The part that shows my fuel and temperature flickers on and off meaning when it's dark I can't see how much fuel I have because it's not lit. Also, the SERV light, Airbag light and engine light no longer function at all. I know they are a pain but I like to know everything in my car is working as it should and that any lights are dealt with. So basically have these lights been unplugged or have they actually broken? If I want to get into these can I just take off the top part of the steering wheel shroud and remove the 2 t20 torx screws and lift out the clocks or does the dash top need to come off? thanks everyone

Pretty simple to access them. Screws in the bottom of the steering wheel surround, once thats off then its 4 screws to remove holding it in. Maybe the dash top off too but I cant 100% remember.

SERV, airbag and engine light will be pull out bulbs that might have just been removed. Rest will be soldered SMD's so it might be loose solder that's causing your fuel gauge etc to flicker.

Thanks that's been a great help! It would be easier changing out the whole cluster but I like what they have done with the lights its just that they have obviously broken something to make the warning lights go out. Will open it up tomorrow on my day off and see what bulbs that it requires. I am 100 percent sure that the airbag light will be on, what are the bets hahaha. Thanks anyway
