My annual service is coming up and I was wondering how often you change:
- Brakes fluid
- Spark plugs
- Gearbox Oil

Depends if you use it on track or not and which spark plugs you use.

For road use I'd recommend 2-3 years for brake fluid, 40k miles for the decent NGK spark plugs. As for the gearbox oil, it should be good for 60k+ miles of road use, but I'd recommend doing it if you don't know if/when it was last changed.

For track use and high temp DOT 4 fluid, I would recommend changing it about once a year.

I use the car as a daily and about 4 track days a year.

Brake fluid - I use DOT 4 Fluid and last replaced it about 15 months ago.
Anything else to consider? My belts are done, spark plugs were changed 3 years ago (25k miles ago).

Worth topping box fluid up if like 90% of cars its got a leak!
