yes the 1 on the dash on my mates clio 1.2 has came on

Is there any other lights on? usually its the airbag light and serv light?! its telling you there is a fault logged!

yeah the air bag light is on what dose he do about it

99% of the time it is the connector blocks under the seat mate, he needs to either cut the blocks out and solder the wires together, or get a garage / some one who knows what there doing to do it!! If he does it himself, make sure he disconnects the battery and leaves it 15 mins before starting disconnecting!
Just to be on the safe side!

Just wriggle the wire for the airbag under the passenger seat . It's a common problem . Thats all i did and it's never come back on since .
