Seats, steering wheel, airbag!!!

I have changed my seats for some reclining jobbies - and i am changing my steering wheel - but i have not changed this yet!!

Anyway my airbag light is on - so what i want to know is that in the back of the dialsw is it easy top take the bulb out from the dash or is there another way of getting around this??
