Seatbelt very restrictive...

The bit of the seatbelt with the seatbelt clip on, where the seatbelt bends around keeps 'sticking' and making me uncomfy... right pain in the arse! Has anyone had a similar problem? How do I sort it without getting new belts?

Need it to move around that bit more freely without having to keep slackening it.
