Scenic Auto Gearbox help

Hi,

I would appreciate some help with my Scenic. When warm the auto gearbox has difficulty in finding 1st gear. If I stop at trafic lights,for instance, when I pull away the engine races and then the gearbox finally selects 1st gear and the car jumps forward. It is perfecty OK when cold. Any Ideas?

Take it to a auto gearbox specialist the auto boxes are rubish.
