Samsung D840 - Samsung in general?!

Just got a samsung d840 and having a quick look around it.


It seems i can't have vribation and a tone at the same time.

For text messages i can either have it virbate or have it make a sound (not both)

Same for ringtone as well - i can have virbate and then melody but thats not what i want!

its dissapointing if you can't do this

anyone any ideas - and don't say get a nokia etc.

My m8 sitting next to me now is telling me you can on the D900

this is a nice phone as well and its just that feature thats pissed me off

thats what my old Samsung said but it always vibed then played the melody...never both at the same time...hope your right though as samsungs are good phones but that is one function from all the previous one's I've had never did...
