Safe to leave battery disconnected for a few months?

As per title, wondering if I can disconnect the battery of my 182 for a few months whilst it's being stored?

No issues with forgetting key remotes etc?

It's fine to do

Yes fine.

You’ll need your radio code but that’s about it.
Also the car performance may be a little different for the first few miles while the ECU re aligns itself to the engine.
