Safe level of nitrous?

  ST170
Just wondered what size jets it's safe to use on a standard 182 engine with a wet nitrous kit (probably wizards of nos)?

Wouldn't do it myself, it's a renault, it will break,

with enough control, you can run a surprising amount.

Maybe 40bhp from low rpm (2500) upto 120 at peak rpm etc.

i ran 50bhp jets on my 16v, and had no problems at all, no progressive controller either................and it went like fook!

Back in the 80's I had nitrous on my 5gtt. That was a hardy sumbitch old pushrod mill. Never had a problem, current engines should be similar.

Contact Trevor at Wizards of Nos. He's the kiddie.

just go for a basic 50 shot on a button that should be fine!!

anything more then you will need a progressive controller so it doesnt run to rich at lower rpm!!

  53 Clio's & counting
one of my best mates ran it both on his 16v and his willy,a 50 shot and ran fine, blew the headgasket on the 16v a few times but it was on nearly 150k lol
