RSTuner Licence question

Quick question. I've searched around and cannot find a definite answer to this.

Does anybody know if I bought an RSTuner previously and a licence for it and sold said device - If I were to buy another Tuner, would I be able to use the same licence key?

Why? My car already has the 98Ron map on there and I like it a lot. No problems there.
For insurance purposes and if/when I decide to sell the car I'd like the option to put my old map back on there - plus potentially dabble with the options of trying out the bangs and flames mod and retain the option of removing it again once I'm sick of it after an hour.

No, I think the idea was for the owner to unlock, sell unlocked.

You're buying the code for the VIN it's locked to, to unlock it. (therfore the previous owner)

I've come to the conclusion that having my car sound like Iraq on the way to work isn't a brilliant idea and I don't live in a particularly busy area, it would be nice not to develop a reputation for being a noisy t**t.
Plus I'm reading too much about annihilating my exhaust valves. Not a fan of that idea either.
Fun in crowds but I'll look and sound like a dick on my way to work in the morning.
