Rs tuner info

Hi all,
I'm looking for advice on the rs tuner? First of all where can I buy one? And what do I need to do when I purchase one....... I have a clio 182 and was wondering if I needed to get any specific map etc? :/ I've not done any research as I've never had any of my cars remapped before. So any advice would be grateful. I currently have an aftermarket exhaust and will have a decat on next week I'm not looking for bhp but more low down /mid ranged torque so would this kit be ok to achieve that?

Yep low down mid range torque will be improved. There is a million threads about the rs tuner . Try the search box at the top
