Rs inlet manifold

What is the differences in the 172 inlet mani to a RS manifold on the 172 cup's?

The RS Stamped ones are very slightly better flowing. (bigger hole basically!)

Is it worth gettin hold of both parts and fitting it to my car then as mine isn't a stamped manifold

Not really, better off just getting yours matched TBH, although realistically even that is very tiny gains.
