Rolling Road Day @ Viezu with RSUK

ROLLING ROAD DAY!

As a few of the West Midlands lads are back on here I've spoken with Viezu to a arrange a RR day. I've posted this on RSUK and I'm posting it here so we can have a bit of a joint meet.

February 6th 2016, doors open 8am first run will be 8:30am.

Plenty of time to get the bits fitted that Santa bought you.

Lets start with the important information first...

Bacon rolls, tea and coffee all thrown in.
Prices: £30 for 2WD & £35 4WD.
Viezu can handle 20 cars on the day.

What I will need from you guys is a £10 deposit paid to my paypal to secure a slot, please include your full name as a note, so I know who has paid.

Deposits must be made before December 6th. (This is what Viezu want)

Once a deposit has been made I will add you to the list, which I will keep updated.

Please note that deposits are non refundable so please make sure you are definitely able to attend before making any payment.

I feel almost brave doing this! I will probably go down with my Escort RST... It was also be interesting to compare dyno readouts for me. I have dyno'd both cars at my local RR, but only the Clio has been to Viezu.

Assuming the Escort is working (it's been an eventful year but then I have put on some miles) I shall be there .

My car is off to dan@sjm next Saturday so I'm really up for this! I will pay the deposit once I get the car back incase there are any problems! I'm wanting to get my gearbox rebuilt as iv got a feeling it's going to s**t it's self soon so hopefully get that done before the rolling road!

I seem to recall at the last one that the highest output of the day was from a 172 Cup. The second highest was a 182 FF followed jointly by a remapped 172 (mine) and a 182. I stand to be corrected though, as a few runs had already taken place with people driving away quickly.

last one i went to highest standard 1*2 was mine beaten by 2bhp by a cammed 182

Agree as all others seem to be keeping busy. The facebook groups seem to have the midlands tied up
