Replacing Handbrake / Lever

Recently replaced the handbrake cables on the 182, noticed that the tensioning arm that they lock into that's tightened with a 13mm bolt, is bent, this means it doesnt tension properly or evenly.

I assume I'll need to replace the whole handbrake assembly and not ust the threaded bar underneath?

Anyone able to tell me how it's done before I do any damage trying to work it out?
