It looks like Renault might be taking some notice of what we want.
Earlier this evening I received a call from Renault wanting to ask me some question about my experiences with a Renault dealership earlier this month.
She asked some decent questions, but some of the answers were a little weighted in there favour. Some only had two options, Very satisfied or Very un satisfied. No middle ground, which is often how you want to answer.
