removing tar from exhaust

What do you suggest i use? i have some autosol, will that do the trick? it has a thick build up of shite from over winter including lots of tar, and need to get rid of it asap, as the cars sold and going to Germany on sat

ps. its a fooking big exhaust!

Autosol will polish it , if it's tar as you say you need something to dissolve it first before you polish it . Autoglym intensive tar remover first then autosol .

Autosol will get the tar no bother with a bit more elbow grease as they say!

AG intensive tar remover will get it off even easier , with no elbow grease . Thats the route i'd take anyway , does exactly what it says on the tin
