Removing passenger seat

hey can anyone tell me how to take out the pssenger seat? the only way i can see is by taking off the rails. would i be right in thinking i have to do this from underneath the car? its a mk2 ph1. Thanks.

4 bolts underneath the car.

Stick your head under and you will. You must remove to dust caps on the outside.
