removing arch liners?!?!?!

im about to drop the clio on 15" 2118's using coilovers. i want it low but dont want it to catch the underside of the car. obviously it will catch the arch liners so can i remove them? (i.e front and rear)
or just the front?
could someone shed some light on the subject?

If you want to remove them then yep you cna just remember to underseal all the body work and check it every few month else th car is likly to start to rust IMO.
