Removal of Door Mouldings

Hi guys, as i had a door moulding pinched, ive decided to remove the other side and have them colour coded, whats the best way to remove them without damaging the clips on back?

as far as i am aware u cant unless u paint them with masked on the car :/

You pop the door card off and you can push a clip out on the end of the door nearest the handle.
