Refitting Standard Airbox - What's this?

I'm removing the Viper induction that came with my car and putting a stock airbox back on. Everything seems self explanatory except for these two parts - I have no idea what they're for!

Any ideas?

Thats the brackets that hold your air box in place

The one with the metal bracket goes at the front, The single rubber goes to the rear as in the pictures below
