Recommended garage/mechanic/specialist in Norfolk/Suffolk

  2002 172
Ok so I bought my 02 172 last weekend and generally like to get any car I buy serviced and checked over.

Have never owned a Renault before so is it best to take it to someone that deals with these cars all the time? Or are they fine to take to any trusted mechanic?

If I’m to take it anywhere, recommendations near Beccles, Suffolk please?

Seems to be running fine at the minute apart from lumping the whole car a bit on idle? And slight hesitation if pulling hard in fourth gear around 25mph (for example!)
No EML and a s**t fitting airbox, so hoping it will sort this out after replacing and a good service/check over!

Engine Dynamics are a bit further from you but they know their stuff, worth making the trip if you want a remap etc done at the same time

I did try calling and emailing Cit-Ren but had no response. I was under the impression they just sell and scrap cars?

I might make the trip to Engine Dynamics next time but I really just want a full service and health check now for the new motor.

They have a breakers and a workshop.
Did you call 01508 558625 for the workshop? They can be busy.

Whatever number was on the website or Facebook page. They don’t just use second hand parts then? Maybe they’ll be worth a call too.
