Recaro trendline seat stuck in place

I'm going to view a car tomorrow however the drivers seat is locked into position and stuck. The owner said he has purchased clio rails as that's what's need to make the seat slide backwards and forwards again. I have come here for some advice, I am lead to believe you need recaro rails and not standard 182 rails?

Standard clio rails will sort this out mate, it's a common fault - a part of the rail brakes in the runner meaning they stick in place and can't be moved/repaired.
Recaro's sub frames run on standard clio runners.
