Rear wiper washer not working

During the snow we had alst month I tryed using the rear washer and it was forzen so no water came out. Now it makes the pumping noise but no water ever comes onto the rear screen. The front works fine. Any ideas???

Pipe could be blocked with dirt, or the end could be blocked. Try blasting it out with an air line to clear the nozzle.

^ or jet wash it clean.
