Rear wheel bearing and steering issue

Heya, just a quickie.

Are the rear bearings of the clio 172 on there own or do you need to change the disks aswell, mines humming pretty bad.

Also

When i turn the steering it judders and makes a nasty noise, the steering can just turn n turn, would this be the belt thats loose, its ok when you moving but turning at low speeds it seems very dangerous.

You don't have to change the discs but it's easier too they come pre pressed in that way.

i was just asking because i knew the bearing had gone when i bought the car and the guy gave me a new bearing for it but i had heard that i had to change the disks aswell, just wanted to make sure before i strip it down.
