rear seat belt is locked?? wire cut

Hi, as above my rear seat belt is locked. Took it out to try and free it with no joy, when I took it out I noticed a wire is missing (cut off) could that have anything to do with it?

Sounds like a rear pretensioner seat belt which has went off. Has the car ever had a bump?

Not to my knowledge m8 its HPI clear, no signs of damage repair etc. Had it out and its well an truly locked, thats when I noticed the wire cut off.

Take it out and have mess with it m8 might go back in if your lucky.. its not hard, 2 screws on the plastic in the boot and A torques bit to get the actual thing out
