Rear ARB kits

Newbie question, but i have the use of a 2003 172 for track days. I've got eibach pro springs to go on but was wondering about fitting a rear ARB kit aswell. Had one fitted to my wife's Lupo GTI and it made a massive difference to handling and turn in.
Is it worthwhile and if so what setup are people running.

There was only one made by whiteline but pure motorsport do one now too
