rear abs fault

Hi guys, a mate of mines got a ph1 172. He's put a new set of rear discs on it and now its coming up with an abs fault.

Any ideas???

The discs didn't have an ABS ring?

Sorry, they have got the rings on them.

As anything come unplugged? Had he driven the car since the light coming on?

When i replaced my rear sensors the abs light came on, after driving a few yards and using the brakes it went of.
