Rattling front end

  Suzuki Ignis Sport
Had this rattle for 2 months now, and it's been in a local garage for atleast 5 days (not all at once). It's had a passenger side lower ball joint, and 2 new tyres. He's checked everything and says it's all good (he isn't ripping me off), we was gonna replace the front shockers but he said you'll be wasting your money. It only happens at low speed over uneven ground. Rattle can be felt under the drivers footwell. It's a 'rattling' clunking from the front end only. Doesn't happen hitting potholes, on either wheel. It's a rattle. It's not when I brake or turn, it's literally if I'm going on a road that's uneven at anything <15mph I hear the rattle. Don't think it happens at higher speed, but it obviously masks the noise.

I reckon it originates from the left wheel/suspension, any help is appreciated. He's checked all the bushes, links, bars, etc (whatever they're all called!)

I've had exactly the same rattle on mine for the last year. It's been to 3 different garages and all have said there is nothing wrong with it. Sub frame has been tightened and everything else has been tightened by half turn or so but still I hear when I leave the house. It might be me but I swear it becomes a little louder the colder the weather gets?!

Any help would be appreciated!!

I think it happens more when it's colder. I've started to think it's something inside.rattling, seats or something! Does your noise happen over uneven ground?
