Quick reply, spanner light on dash

Parents have a 2006 1.2 clio, mk3 and a spanner has lit up on the dash.

The manual says to drive straight to the dealer, but I though it was a service light, but it's not due a service for 2 months.

Any ideas whether its ok to drive??
