i was with halifax for a good few years with no problems at all but i was on holiday in october there and a payment got returned to them by my bank and by the time i had got back from hol there was a letter saying the insurance had been cancelled.
thing is i was 11 days from getting a years no claims bonus added ie. it got cancelled on the 5th oct and my renewal date was the 16th oct.
anyone know if theres anything i can do about getting my extra year back? pretty gutted really :-(
