quick easy asp question

Basically got a page , when loaded it runs fine on its own (view.asp)

now ive created a main page (index.asp) , and it contains frames, I have a link to "view.asp" but when the link runs it just displays the source code.

But when the view.asp file is run on its own it displays fine?

any ideas?
