I'm pretty sure the Answer is No, AFAIK they are totally different shapes to increase travel etc.

it will never work as efficient as the billet one's. Material removal is OK, how about adding?

no, it needs to be a specialist cam grinder.

piper would be your best bet if your after a cheap hit.

but be warned, they do increase valve loadings, and so wear on associated components.

I really would look at specifically ground items...

BTW the I spoke to a guy from piper cams. He said the reason that 1*2 cams seem more expensive than cams for some other hatches is that renault dont sell blanks, so 1*2 cams must be ground from absolute scratch

but when you buy from the like of Catcams, thats a standard feature.
they are either chill cast or billet.
