Question on thread sizes

  172 Ph1
I'm ok with metric threads , but this 10JIC , AN10 is doing my head in .

Basically I have a basic sandwich plate as you see in the pic , and want to run a 1/8NTP oil temp sensor for the gauge , so what sandwich plate do I get that has 1/8NTP in it and what size larger holes to get so my hose union will fit the new plate .
Can anyone shed some light please.

The threaded part that screws into the engine block is metric and that's not my worry .
It's the thread in the sandwich plate that I'm after , so I can order the right one

1/2" BSP to AN10 adaptors (most likely), you will need to use a different sandwhich plate for a temperature sensor, as the one pictured doesnt accomodate one.

That's right Laine_16v .

Anyway , I bit the bullet and ordered 1/2 BSP and it's the correct fitment , so I can now get it all fitted.
