Problem with n/s zenon headlight help!!

Right the N/S headlight doesn't work keeps blowing fuse so i took the front bumper off and i had a look......

i swaped the headlight units around becuase the O/S works perfectly and this happend....

O/S unit put on N/S ----blew fuse

N/S unit put on O/S ----blew fuse

O/S unit put on O/S ----Works

its got my head spinning!!!!

can anyone help me....
