Powerflex Wishbone Bushes - if the metal sleeve moves

  "Navy" N17 TWO
I had Powerflex wishbone bushes put on the car a while back.

After a while I got a crazy noise coming from the car I thought/was led to believe was a brand new shock

Got a good look underneath and the only odd thing we spotted is one of the metal collars for the wishbone bushes has moved slightly and is touching the subframe
Some grease and a tap with a hammer cured the noise :)

I know they should have been spot-welded on fitting them - is it too late to do that now?

  A special one.
They need welding then.

Can you not just take them apart and do them again?

Could do yeah - only got this issue on one sleeve though, thankfully!

After that I am done with modifying anything - ever lol

No problem to weld it not, but obviously take the bush out first!

Dont know why people run powerflex when the OEM ones are so solid in the first place though TBH, I had them on my turbo and they didnt lastlong, swapped to new standard arms and it was fine.
