Hi i am looking in to purchasing some of these very soon, quick question if any one can answer whats the difference between the two sizes below ?? why are there two sizes ? does it make any difference ?

Front Anti Roll Bar Inner Mount x 2 - CHOICE OF 23MM OR 25MM
Front Anti Roll Bar Outer Mount x 2 - CHOICE OF 22MM OR 23MM
