Power steering sensor plug/wiring

Hi all,

One of the wires on my power steering pipe sensor has snapped inside the plug (the one near the alternator). Not enough wire left to repair it.

Anyone know where I can get a replacement plug with pigtails?

What happens when this sensor is unplugged? EML or does the PS just not work?

Thanks

Same thing happened to mine, been unplugged for years now, I just left the plug in the connector.

It's there to tell the ECU to increase engine speed when turning at low speed. You'll still have power steering without it.

Brilliant thanks mate. Will it throw the eml on?
