Has anyone fitted one to a 172 and if so are they any good

youll only need one if your gonna really mod your car and need to adjust fuellin to suit

a PBV will do nothing, it is nothig more than a gorified fuel pressure regulator. And since the 172 has its regulator and fuel return line in the tank, the pressure along the fuel line will be the pressure required by the injectors.

You will not be able to put a PBV on a 172 as it will be dertrimental to the flow of fuel to limit it to a single value.

And its also useless on any other car too.
