polishing plexy glass

im looking do do a spare wheel well install inspired by taylors, and where she has the cutout for the sub im going to flush cover it with plexy, i got a sheet but on the surface its got some small scratches... i dont like it

is there a way to polish scratches out of this stuff, to get it looking good
