please help. nearside rear handbrake sticking

hi all.

any ideas before i taking it apart. the nearside handbrake is not going loose when released and is hard to rotate with wheel of the ground.

the drivers side is perfect.

please help

seized caliper or sticky handbrake mechanism is commom.
try taking the cable of the caliper lever and try to free it off.
