whats the best or recommended plastic cleaner, want it for the front splitter, and arount the front fogs, etc, cheers

I use Autoglym Vinyl and Rubber Care on the splitter and Autoglym Bumper Care on the fog surrounds.

Are you wanting to clean it or just dress it ?

want the trim looking nice and back black, bit degrained at the moment, will try what rich recommended

Ideally you need to clean and then dress it, deep clean it first with with Einszett Plastic Cleaner or Meguiars APC.

A good thing to try is magic erasers from JML if you have any wax/polsh on from before.

I tend to find APC and a good scrub then I use Megs trim detailer followed by some 303 aerospace protectant but only cause that what i have in my box of magic tricks lol
