phase 1 172 injector change

Morning everyone.......I'm going to attempting an injector change on my phase 1 this week and I'm after any advice or tips?

Are the phase 2 172 injectors the same as the phase 1?

Any advice will be gladly received....

Pretty sure they are the same. Its an easy change.

2 x 10 or 13mm bolts holding the rail cover on. Take that off. Soak with WD where the injectors go into the inlet. Unplug all injectors. Squeeze and pull fuel line off the rail. Two 10mm bolts holding rail to inlet. Pull and wiggle. Can be a bit of a pain, but pull hard. Rail should pop out.

Then just prize injectors off the rail by the clips

I was going to do this but add new injectors,dont you need to stop the fuel supply or doesnt it run till you start the engine?
