Ph2 lights on a phase 1, HELP QUICK!!

as title on drive atm trying to change wiring to my phase 2 rear lights on a phase 1 172. i have the wiring diagram of here but i cant get the wires to come out of the black block that attaches to the lights.

how do i do this?
