Ph2 dash bar

Looking to fit a ph2 dash bar in to my ph1. Is it a straight fit? Looking to run ph2 clocks and top dash in my ph1 track car. Seems only way to mount the clocks is using a ph2 dash bar too.

Any help or advice is welcome
