Ph1 vs Ph2 tie rods...different or the same?

Are all 172 tie rods the same between ph1 and ph2?

172 cup has longer steering arms than the others, and I think that the 182 has the same length steering arms.
I've got 2 spare standard length steering arms if your interested? No play at all.
