Peugeot 106 wheel 'knock'

When traveling at low speed my front right wheel knocks on more or less every turn. Whatever it is also gives the car wheel wobble at high speeds on motorways even though I got tracking etc done. The garage reckons they couldn't find anything.

Any idea on what it may be?
